Thank you for your interest in the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP).

This form is a screening tool only to help determine whether you may be eligible to participate in the program. This is NOT an application for employment, and completing this form does not guarantee acceptance into SYEP.

The SYEP program is available to youth who meet eligibility requirements. Participants who are accepted into the program will earn $17.00 per hour.
