A career pathway is a combination of high-quality education, training, and other services that lead to successively higher credentials and employment opportunities in growing occupations.

Not currently attending High School or college, and any one of the following:

A school dropout

HS grad who is economically disadvantaged and either deficient in reading and/or math, an English language learner

An individual who has been involved with the juvenile or adult justice system

A homeless individual

A foster child

An individual who is pregnant or parenting

An economically disadvantaged individual who requires assistance
